The administration process (paper work) is a bit long winded. It was irritating to queue for the bureau in the airport arrivals area to then be directed to the office outside - it would be better if this was more clearly signed. Otherwise the process was excellent.

Serious thought needs to be given to the looming problem of the tolls on the A22. You could perhaps charge at end of hire; but what happens when customer has left? you would be left with the charge on costs due, after customer has left.Or, you apply (all hire co's) for excemption. This shouldn't be your problem, but I fear, with governments,it might be. Its tourism that will suffer in the end and the N125 will become a nightmare. Good luck!
