I have been booking with Auto Jardim for several year because your rates are competitive. However I find your staff at Lisbon airport not very pleasant. Greeting a customer with a smile and being a bit less like a cold fish should be something you train your staff to do. On the other hand the person at the Coimbra office was very nice. Also I was not offered the extra insurance when picking up the car and had to go back for it and when requesting a map the lady on the second floor at the airport did not have any so I had to leave the kids and luggage in the car and go back to the ground floor office to pick one up. These are little things that could be improved and would make it easier for customers.

Happy with the car, did its job. Think that child seat rental should come with a time cap. We paid 3 weeks which' amount in rental should permit for acquiring the boosters.
Rental service upon arrival in Lissabon was very slow. With three little children we stood in line for more than an hour, and this for a prebooked car. Delivery in Porto was to the contrary a delight. Prompt, swift and transportation to the gate was all of excellent quality.

I have been using Auto Jardim at Faro Airport for the last 20 years with very few problems during that time. The airport desk is very convenient and I usually have my choice of model within the group. Car return is very quick with good transfer to the airport.
