I have used Auto Jardim about 10 times and have found their service very good. This year, unfortunately, we had a burst tyre on Sunday and Auto Jardim got to us in about 30mins and immediately gave us a replacement car. The co-operation from the staff was first class and enabled us to continue enjoying our holiday. I will always use Auto Jardim for my car hire. I gave you a 9 for quality of car rental service because you could have a few more staff on the desk - 2 when we arrived to pick up the car and 3 when we left the car at the end of our holiday.

Only issue I have is the A22 toll road issue, it is not so easy for people to find post office when travelling to remote part of the area. Therefore suggestion is that car hire pick up these costs and can always charge back to the customer.
